What prompted you to seek help?

I started going because a few normal things started to get out of whack. When I did things like make Thanksgiving dinner where I am standing and moving around a lot, I get a pain across my shoulders and I have to lay on the floor and stretch out.

What unique insight did Kinetic Konnections have?              

I always felt that it was important to keep your spine straight but I didn’t know it was more important to keep the muscles connected. I had seen chiropractors before and for me it is more important to get work done on the muscles.

I have had a variety of surgeries on my nose in the past. They had taken a piece of graft behind my ear to use on my nose. The ear surgery tightened up that side of my neck causing my balance to feel off. Cara worked on that and it made a big difference too.  I could feel my entire body down to my feet relax.

Compared to a chiropractor who is going to put the bones back in place, it is a lot nicer and gentler to get a little shake and get the muscle coordination to go back in place. At least that is what helps me the most.

What Changed?

I am going to be 80 next week. I can still get off the floor without holding onto anything.
