Sharing Something to Help You to Calm and Sleep
What a year it’s been!
Thank you for trusting us to help with your pain, anxiety, balance, coordination, or your child’s development and behavior.
Whether in the office, virtually, or through an online course, we are honored to have helped improve your quality of life.
2021 saw big changes!
- We started the year as Kinetic Konnections and migrated into The Bridging® Institute.
- New online programs and courses launched, allowing more people to take advantage of Bridging® benefits.
Stay tuned to see what we have been working on for next year!
… and to all, a good night!
Much of this year the blog posts have been about anxiety, behavior, finding calm, and most recently, sleep.
We hope you have found the weekly insights to be enlightening and informative, as well as provocative.
It’s really amazing how the body and brain work together. When you guide the neuromuscular system to be more organized, the brain also responds.
One of our most basic Bridging® movements is a rolling movement we call BUG. The rolling helps the body refresh its ability to be moved and find center, creating calm and relaxation at every age.
This holiday season we are sharing BUG with you.
May your days be calmer, healthier, and filled with joyous movement!
Sharing our most used movement, BUG

With our guidance you can do it too! |
