New Balance Testing Dates, Fall 2026 Training Info

Each week I share insights into the ways our muscles get disrupted from working with each other. If you have on-going pain or coordination challenges, this disruption is often the cause.

One goal of sharing this information with you is to help you understand HOW life’s events can impact your body such that being active is a challenge.

Another goal is to arm you with action steps, whether it’s insights to share with your local professional, or actions you can take yourself.

Here are two options for taking action:

  • If you are local, take advantage of our FREE Balance Testing. When you know more specifically how your balance can likely impact your day-to-day life, you can take measures to be safer. New dates are below.
  • Another option is to seek a Bridging® muscle reset from a trained professional, like a physical, occupational, or massage therapist. They aren’t trained yet? We have an opportunity for that!
  • The 2026 Level 1 Bridging® Basics Cohort begins soon so your trusted movement and therapeutic professionals can learn. Not local? A streaming option is available.

Learn the Innovative Bridging® Technique

  • “New skills you can use right away.”
  • “A foundational start point to allow your other techniques to be more successful and last longer.”
  • Gentler on yourself! The gentleness of the technique reduces your personal wear and tear.”

This is just a sample of the feedback from prior students. If you are a movement or therapeutic professional, adding the Bridging Technique to your professional toolbox is a game-changer.

The 2026 course kicks off September 9th and registration is open. Pre-work online video lessons are already live and immediately available once you sign-up.

Level 1 covers the basic organization of how movement in the body is supposed to function, as well as ways to reset it.

The course consists of online mini-lessons and three Saturday workshops over the three month period. Each workshop is accessible three ways: in-person, via live streaming, and by video recordings.

Past students have been surprised by how fast they can apply their lessons to yield successful results.🙂

Level up your professional skills to better solve your patients/clients mystery pains and coordination issues!

Balance Assessments — Added Dates for Testing

Recently I’ve shared about the use and insights of a new Balance Tracking Systems (BTS) device. So far, the numbers obtained from testing validate the participants’ concerns about day-to-day challenges.

If you would like to help us in the continued effort to gain data and correlations, please take advantage of the added free assessment time options.

There is no upsell for this offer. I’m interested in correlating the balance data to your injuries and medical intervention for our own research. This adds a new dimension to our problem-solving for better targeted Bridging muscle resets. I appreciate your willingness to help out!

Here’s details …

Time needed: 30 minutes

What will be tested? See below for a more detailed explanation of options.

What do I receive afterward? The test results and an AI interpretation will be emailed.

What Does the BTS Device Measure?

Cara using the Balance TrackerWhen it comes to helping clients identify and overcome balance challenges, I find the numbers tell a story which is often more tangible and actionable than how you are feeling.

The BTS device offers six basic tests which can be used to provide insights into specific reasons you may not feel steady, or feel unsettled.

In this article I share my results for each test. They were eye-opening!
