Behind the Scenes: New Learning Options and Insights
Behind the Scenes …
It’s been a busy summer here at the Bridging® Institute! A lot has been happening behind the scenes to make education more accessible and to share new ways of explaining how Bridging helps you move and feel better.
Whether you’re curious for yourself or know a friend who could benefit, here are two exciting updates you might want to explore:
Professional Education
We’ve refreshed and expanded the Bridging® Education framework! (see below) It’s now more comprehensive, structured, and designed to boost confidence as you learn to incorporate Bridging into your professional services.

Explaining Key Concepts
Earlier this year I launched a YouTube series: FLOW: What Movement Should Look Like. Each short episode shows how one area connects to the next — making it easier to understand the big picture of movement. The way each part of the body should link up to the next is often what gets thrown off with an injury.
A new series is now posted, The Hidden Parts of Healing. This one explores how common medical procedures can disrupt movement in ways you might not expect. You’re not imagining things if you still feel “off” after surgery — there’s often a real, movement-based reason why.
Your Next Step
Movement challenges don’t have to be permanent. Explore these resources, share them with a friend, and keep discovering how small resets can make a big difference.

The Hidden Impacts of Medical Procedures
In this series of short videos, I walk you through the muscle disruption caused by common medical procedures. Here are the first two; there will be more in the coming months.
How an Appendix Surgery Messes up Your Body
Core muscles still feeling tight after an appendectomy? Your gut is healed, yet you still feel tight, restricted, or uncomfortable in your side or hip—even months (or years) after your minimally invasive appendectomy.
Watch to learn why.
Short of Breath After Gallbladder Surgery? It Might Be Your Diaphragm
You’ve had your gallbladder removed. The scars are small, the surgeon says you’re healed—but you’re still feeling short of breath, tight in your chest, or just unusually fatigued.
Why? Watch to learn.
Wondering if Bridging Can Help You?
If you’ve had minimally invasive procedures—and still feel tight or uncomfortable, there’s a good chance your muscle coordination is still disrupted.
Bridging may be the missing piece to feeling like your old self. Most people feel tangible improvements in 2–3 sessions, with a follow-up to fine tune function as you return to your usual activities.
