Bridging studentsCongrats to the Newest Bridging Level 2 Professionals!

Congrats to such a skilled, caring group of professionals!

In the three Level 2 workshops, from February to April 2026, this group of therapists and movement professionals learned to assess and work with just about any neuromuscular concern their clients/patients may have.

They learned Bridging muscle resets skills to help with balance, movement, and sensory system interactions with movement. They also learned the key role of the diaphragm both from a structural and movement perspective. Two of the training workshops were specifically focused on problem-solving and specific resets for the unique aspects of trauma from medical procedures and from accidents.

It’s been a joy to watch their skills grow. The students marveled at how the addition of Bridging has transformed their ability to help their patients recover faster. Several of this group have professional practices located in Chicago if you are looking for a more convenient option for Bridging to help restore your balance and coordination.

Interested in Learning the Bridging Technique?

If you are a movement or theraputic professional interested in adding the Bridging Technique to your professional toolbox, the 2026 course dates are set.

Each level is accessible three ways — in-person, via live streaming, and by video recordings. The training time includes on-line mini-lessons and three Saturday workshops over a three month period.

Level 1 covers the basic organization of how movement in the body is supposed to function, as well as ways to reset it.

Level 2 adds the primal organization related to breath and the diaphragm muscle. We also cover processes for working with movement disrupted by medical procedures and injuries.

The skills learned after completing both levels leaves you well-prepared to help even your most complex patients and clients. What’s surprised past students in how fast they can put their lessons into results.

Are you ready to up your game to better solve the mystery pains and coordination issues you see?

using balance assessment toolUpdate on Balance Assessments — Wow, the Insights!

Recently I shared about the acquisition of a new Balance Testing System, shown in the photo.

The past two weeks I’ve been testing balance for those who took me up on the invitation to help test the system out.

The results are really lighting up my inner-engineering geek as I see hard numbers for the skills which are reflective of your day-to-day challenges.

The next challenge/opportunity — how to apply Bridging muscle resets to effect balance improvements.

I’ll be sharing more about these balance insights in the coming weeks.

What’s Next: More insights about balance, especially related to legs and shoes.
